DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Admin and Accounting Manager
Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for Baguio City branch with the following responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities – Learning and Development Specialist
- Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and courses tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct skills assessments and identify learning gaps across departments.
- Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Co-facilitate learning sessions, including lectures, structured exercises, and team-building activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Lead efforts in career pathing, employee development, and performance management programs.
- Support key talent development initiatives such as leadership development, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Stay informed on current L&D trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collect and analyze training data to improve learning outcomes and guide future programs.
Additional HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Participate in employee relations initiatives, ensuring workplace harmony and compliance.
- Provide support in payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal events to promote a positive work culture.
- Draft and disseminate internal communications, including memos, advisories, and announcements.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure employees are informed and updated on relevant policies and any changes thereto.
- Support the documentation and communication of HR and company-wide initiatives across departments.
- Handle ad hoc HR projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Organizational Development, HR, Training, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks.
- Experience with facilitation, coaching, and leadership development programs.
- Willing to work onsite in Irisan and Cathedral, Baguio City
- Willing to be rotated in Quezon City branch in the future
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required

Pay: From Php690.00 per day
