BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Mainly conduct training for Sales campaigns
- Create, test and optimize scripts to most effectively impact and improve performance KPIs such as conversion and contact rate.
- May be required to assist in or conduct sales coaching and motivational training on the floor.
- Work with Operations and QA to identify training opportunities and requirements
- Run training needs analysis and refresher training programs based on operational requests and identified performance gaps
- Create, develop and deliver modules based on a specific training need arising from escalations, RCA or operational request
- Share and communicate expertise on the requirements of a campaign from a training perspective during the pre-launch stages
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least completed two years of collegiate education.
- At least two years’ experience in a sales coach or trainer role in the BPO industry handling various sales campaigns.
- At least two years’ experience as an inbound/outbound sales agent
- Good interpersonal & people management skills
- Highly persuasive and assertive
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and learning outcomes, TNA, RCA, ADDIE and facilitation.
- Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills.
- Excellent sales coaching skills
- Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor
- Results focused initiative to achieve required results. Methodical, accurate with attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of the MS-Office and Internet-based tools
- Good working knowledge of computers i.e., MSOffice, Operating Systems, internet services & online tools
- An excellent team player with the ability to positively contribute to the overall team performance.
- Must have at least 2 years’ background in sales
