Qualifications:
- College graduate with knowledge in office documentations.
- With experience in managing commercials building and tenants.
- negotiation skills.
- with driver's license and can ride motorcycle.
- preferably with PCO certificate.
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities related to the operations of commercial building.
- Monitors contract, renewals, payments and activities of tenants.
- Reports to maintenance personnel if there are any repairs needed.
- May from time-to-time travel to other areas for viewing purposes.
