JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements from concerned government agencies and other regulatory bodies such as but not limited to the SEC, LGU, DPC, AMLAC, etc.; as well as avoid unnecessary delays and unwarranted fines and penalties due to non-compliance.
2. Document Management – Assist in the preparation of contracts and other relevant documents; ensure complete, up-to-date and organized filing of such relevant documents for easy reference.
3. Database Management – Maintain and update legal records and database and tracking systems for legal matters, including case status, litigation records and other related information.
4. Administrative Support – Assist in the management and operations of the Legal Department in coordination with the Company’s Corporate Lawyer as well as coordinate with other departments in addressing their respective legal concerns.
5. Communication – Managing schedules, phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, legal staff, and external parties.
6. Legal Research – Assist with legal research, including gathering information, drafting documents, and providing summaries.
7. Other Tasks – Perform such other tasks as may be directed by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
