Duties And Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence and documentations on the transfer of shares/ownership/titles to real, personal, incorporeal properties.
- Update STB monitoring etc.
- Provide support for the responsibilities and activities of the Legal Department, including general research, coordination, preparation, monitoring and safekeeping of various documents.
- Draft and proofread copy of legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
- Attends hearings and other meetings involving legal matters, as directed.
- File and record minutes of the meeting.
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files and legal advice.
- Manage, organize, and maintain all legal documents in a confidential way.
- Perform other related duties and functions as may be deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management / Political Science / Business Administration and/or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
