DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all documentation processes and requirements for all logistics operation of the branch.
- Submits weekly and daily monitoring reports (delivery reports, WIM, MIR, etc.)
- Handles collection and turnover of documents to/from office/bank/shipping lines/ etc.
- Outsources trucking and coordinate deliveries.
- Facilitates monthly unit inspection and PDI (as required) for all units. (MIR, PDI)
- Leads receiving and dispatch of units to/from warehouse/suppliers.
- Ensures all documents are properly filled and organized. (LAR, DN, RRS, RR, RS)
- Checks all units/parts both physical and technical specs met the standards prior to dispatch and receiving.
- Performs other duties as required.
