- Assist in supervising day-to-day operations of the maintenance and machine repair teams.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on production machinery, mechanical equipment, and building systems.
- Support in diagnosing machine malfunctions and recommending solutions or improvements.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs, safety requirements, and equipment status.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment histories.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and request parts or supplies as needed.
- Assist with training and mentoring maintenance technicians and machine operators.
- Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repair or maintenance tasks.
