Job Summary:
The Marketing Admin Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Department, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and promotional activities. This role requires a reliable individual who can manage office tasks efficiently while also being able to drive and assist with fieldwork, deliveries, and event preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Prepare and manage marketing-related documents, reports, and schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, branches, and partners for marketing activities.
- Deliver marketing materials, event equipment, and documents to designated locations.
- Provide logistical support during events, store visits, and product launches.
- Maintain records of marketing expenses, inventory of promotional items, and other assets.
- Assist in monitoring social media activities and other promotional channels (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- With a valid driver’s license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (Preferred)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays for events and promotions.
