MARKETING AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, the Marketing Support and Data Administrator will play a key role in managing marketing data entry tasks and providing comprehensive support to our marketing initiatives. This individual will become well-versed in our marketing materials and databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
They will assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and communicating with our partners to maintain strong relationships. Regular meetings with the Director of Digital Transformation will ensure alignment between marketing strategies and data-driven results.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Role and Responsibilities:A. Marketing Support*
- Responsible for email marketing, design, and support.*
- Maintain files and up-to-date links for marketing pieces.*
- Provide additional support as needed by the Director of Digital Transformation.*
- Arrange all calls and events on the CEO's calendar in accordance with company policy.*
- Organize follow-up actions post-event, ensuring each department receives the required data.*
- Complete post-event reports (partial reports and any other reports as required).*
- Ensure appropriate sales tracking is completed at each stage of events.*
- Handle data entry tasks, CRM updates, and sourcing.*
- Cultivate and maintain relationships within the marketing department and with external partners.*
- Ensure appropriate sales tracking is maintained throughout partnership contracts.*
- Provide typing and other administrative assistance to the Director of Service Development.*Attend and participate in marketing meetings.*
- Webinar Coordination: Organize and coordinate webinars, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communication.*
- Contact Maintenance & Calls: Maintain up-to-date contact lists and make calls as required to support marketing efforts.*
Skills Required:
- Data Entry & Management: Proficient in managing large volumes of data with a strong focus on accuracy.Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with Zoho is a plus.
- OneNote knowledge is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with partners and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and coordinate events.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in data reporting and documentation.
- Marketing Acumen: Basic understanding of email marketing, digital design, and campaign tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple departments simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach in identifying issues and developing solutions, especially in fast-paced environments.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Must be 50 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Web Cam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
