Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role
At The Ortus Club, our Marketing Generalists are hands-on contributors to every stage of campaign development—from ideation to execution. You’ll work alongside a global team to drive brand visibility, support event marketing, and create content that connects with executive audiences across sectors and geographies.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys switching between creative and analytical work.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns & Strategy Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and content channels. Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives by managing CRM platforms and contributing to marketing automation strategies. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and landing pages. Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all content types. Collaborate with design and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Social Media Management & Community Engagement: Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and responding to audience interactions. Foster community engagement and monitor brand sentiment across platforms to enhance audience relationships and brand loyalty.
- Market Research & Strategy Support: Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, insights, and competitive positioning. Use findings to refine messaging, inform campaign strategy, and support go-to-market efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Support: Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives. Contribute to various tasks within the marketing team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first attitude.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or agency settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and maintaining content calendars
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and social media schedulers
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Passion for connecting with audiences and delivering value through marketing
