Job Qualifications:

- 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial role within the food industry. Proven expertise in brand management and consumer engagement.
- Strong in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and social media.
- Leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Proficient in market analysis, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of food regulations (labeling, advertising standards).
- Familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, content management) and market research tools. Experience in event planning and public relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research and align strategies with product development.
2. Brand Management:
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across channels.
- Drive advertising campaigns (TV, digital, print) for effective promotion.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to meet objectives.
- Oversee promotional activities, including trade shows and sampling events.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Lead digital marketing efforts (email, SEO, PPC, social media).
- Manage social media presence, fostering engagement and handling consumer feedback.
5. Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:
- Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Collaboration with Sales & R&D:
- Work with sales teams on marketing initiatives and with R&D on product launches.
- Develop sales support materials (brochures, trade decks).
7. Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Track expenses and report on financial performance.
8. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure cross-department collaboration for seamless product launches.
9. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Marketing:
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with food industry regulations.
- Maintain ethical marketing practices to build trust with consumers.
10. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and report to senior management.
- Use KPIs to assess success and provide data-driven recommendations.
