ABOUT US:
Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage the full digital marketing cycle, including developing and executing online campaigns, leveraging social media and paid media strategies, and collaborating with sales teams and e-commerce partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging and high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook, focusing on beauty tutorials, product highlights, and trend-based formats.
- Collaborate with local beauty influencers and creators to execute branded content and community-driven campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, providing insights to improve reach and ROI.
- Support traditional marketing efforts such as mall activations, PR events, and in-store promotions aligned with local market trends and seasonality.
- Oversee team performance, provide coaching, manage resource allocation, facilitate regular team meetings, and ensure alignment with team objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Haves:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or any related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to FMCG or beauty industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), and in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Nice-to-Haves:
- A self-starter and amenable to work in a one-person team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
