Marketing Manager will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of creative processes, and a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life.
1. Planning and Managing our Social Media platforms including web, SEO/SEM and email.
2. Studying company products and developing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives.
3. Developing budgets for marketing campaigns alongside providing spending proposals to management.
4. Prepare for the launch of new products by creating content, campaigns, and/or digital events to increase product awareness and sales.
5. Managing the company's advertising budget by creating media plans and selecting appropriate media channels
6. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics by reviewing sales reports to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs) then making adjustments as needed.
7. Monitoring competitors' activities and recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition
8. Responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the department
9. Create Marketing Calendar to ensure that all projects stay on schedule
10. Work with the team to create new and innovative growth strategies.
Skills Required:
1. A resident of Quezon City
2. Demonstrated success in a Digital Marketing Manager role or similar position.
3. Strong analytical skills and project management abilities to drive successful digital campaigns.
4. Familiarity with Meta advertising, SEO, and SEM. Knowledge of TikTok ads is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Willing to work on extended hours, when necessary
7. Punctuality and reliability are very important
8. With certificate of employment from previous employer
