Our Company is looking for a Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive new business opportunities. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a lasting impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Branding and Corporate Identity
· Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms
· Ensure consistency in visual and messaging elements in all marketing materials
· Design or coordinate the creation of brochures, company profiles, and presentations
2. Client Outreach and Relationship Management
· Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns, calls, and networking
· Maintain a database of current and prospective clients
· Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
· Represent the company in industry events, expos, and conferences
3. Business Development and Lead Generation
· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
· Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align marketing with service offerings
· Prepare and submit company profiles, capability statements, and proposals to prospective clients
4. Bidding and Proposal Management
· Prepare and organize bidding documents for government and private sector projects
· Ensure compliance with bid requirements, timelines, and formatting standards
· Coordinate with engineers, architects, and legal teams to gather necessary documentation
· Track bid submissions and follow up on results
5. Digital Marketing and Online Presence
· Manage the company’s website and social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Create and schedule content such as project highlights, team features, and industry news
· Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
· Run paid ad campaigns when necessary to boost visibility
6. Internal and External Communications
· Draft internal newsletters, announcements, and company updates
· Prepare press releases and public statements when needed
· Support HR and Admin in promoting internal events and employee engagement activities
7. Reporting and Analytics
· Track marketing KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign performance, and ROI
· Provide monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations
· Maintain organized records of marketing activities, materials, and contacts
8. Coordination and Collaboration
· Work closely with the HR, Admin, and Technical teams to align marketing with company goals
· Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, designers, media partners) as needed
· Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and project launches
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
