Mortgage Loan Closer

We are looking for a Closing Assistant with experience in the local or U.S. mortgage or home loan industry. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to manage the closing process and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all loan documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in mortgage disclosures and loan closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all loan file redisclosures, including Change of Circumstance (COC), Loan Estimates (LEs), and Closing Disclosures (CDs)—ensuring accuracy in fees and escrow.
• Once a file is Clear to Close, balance the Closing Disclosure with the title company and ensure Prior To Document (PTD) conditions are submitted for underwriter approval.
• Handle your own loan pipeline, coordinate with title companies, underwriters, and internal teams, and promptly escalate any issues during the funding process.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Closing Assistant for local or U.S.-based clients in the mortgage/home loan industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage disclosures, closing documents, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates must have experience using Encompass (mortgage loan origination software) and hands-on experience in Closing and disclosures.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote setup and on a night shift to align with U.S. hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
