Represent the branch in key meetings, industry events, and communicate performance to top management.
Revenue Growth and Financial Deliverables
Achieve the Cebu 2025 annual revenue and profitability targets through strategic sales leadership, cost control, and efficient resource management.
Monitor branch-level P&L and implement initiatives to maintain targeted Cost of Sales and Gross Profit Margin.
Identifying new markets, expanding services, and enhancing major account management.
Optimize pricing strategies, operational efficiency, and expenditure control to ensure sustainable profit margins and market competitiveness.
Customer and Stakeholder Relationship
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
Engaging with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.
Representing the company at public events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Operations & Efficiency
Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics, dispatch, and fleet operations with minimal downtime.
Improve productivity, cost per trip, and turnaround time using tech-driven and data-informed strategies.
Ensure adherence to transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect revenue and operations.
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, collections, and cash flow management.
Optimize resources and control expenses without compromising service quality.
Leadership & People Management
Foster collaboration across departments to align goals and execution.
Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions and hold regular team meetings to proactively address potential issues.
Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to address team-related concerns.
