Job Description:
- Utilize analytical and data skills to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare specialists, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to healthcare insurance regulations and documentation standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance team attendance, reduce attrition rates, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage program execution and performance metrics to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain a balance of fun and focused environment to motivate team members and achieve high performance.
Requirements:
- Call center experience / BPO experience required.
- Amenable to start ASAP.
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and documentation requirements in the US.
- Proven track record in team management, coaching, and development.
- Ability to drive performance through effective program management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Brgy. Dagatan, Lipa City, Batangas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
