- Graduate of any 4 year course
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in a real estate company
- With experience dealing with government agency or permit related experience/background
- With strong interpersonal/intrapersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail

- To process and secure necessary permits and licenses to launch all new proposed developments in CDO, Gitagum and Bukidnon
