- Monitor and control all activities involved in the production of brand-new cylinders including requalification and repair
- Assist in preparing long and short-term plans for the plants
- Provide company production of cylinders at the lowest possible cost as well as within the framework of company policy and established quality specifications
- Monitor if plants and equipment are properly maintained
- Secure required LGU permits for plant operation
- Apply and process Permit to Operate for DOLE and DENR Compliance
- Process DTI/SEC company license renewal requirements
- Monitoring of plant raw materials
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Section and Maintenance Section on quality standards
- Monitor and report daily production output and other work results as well as monthly production output
- Monitor attendance and performance of workers
- Counsel workers with regards to their attendance
- Other tasks that may be assigned Monitor the dashboard to ensure the daily target is being achieved
- Create reports on the production output
