Procure-to-Pay Analyst (Accounts Payable | HYBRID | DAYSHIFT

Responsibilities:

• Receive, validate, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice).
• Verify and post invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Process credit/debit notes and resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
• Review and validate employee expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals before reimbursement.
• Maintain vendor master data, including creation, updates, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Handle requests for vendor setup and T&E account creation efficiently.
• Ensure systematic filing and archiving of invoices and supporting documents for audit readiness.
• Support month-end closing and audit processes related to Accounts Payable (AP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment or vendor issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience in AP, vendor management, or finance operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of AP processes, expense management, and vendor reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset when dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or familiarity with AP workflow tools is a plus.
