We are looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow, manage production staff, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Coordinate with planning, quality control, and maintenance departments
- Monitor machine performance and initiate timely maintenance or troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve efficiency and morale
- Maintain accurate records of production, waste, and downtime
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, production software)
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday
