Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- With experience in property leasing or real estate administration
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling admin and coordination tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day property operations
- Coordinate with tenants for leasing inquiries, renewals, and concerns
- Maintain records of contracts, billings, and tenant information
- Conduct site inspections and support documentation
- Liaise with property owners, suppliers, and government offices when necessary
- Drive to and from property sites as required
