Job Description:
-Source and evaluate suppliers for materials products and services
-Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules with vendors
_Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time
-Monitor inventory levels and anticipate purchasing needs
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases invoices and supplier contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments to confirm product service requirements
-Follow up on order status deliveries and resolve any related issues
_Review and evaluate supplier performance regularly
-Support cost reduction initiatives and vendor improvement programs
-Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role is an advantage.
-Familiarity with procurement procedures and best practices.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate vendors, analyze quotes, and manage supplier relationships.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and purchasing software/systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
