This is regarding a full-time, remote opportunity with working hours from 10:45 pm to 7 am Philippines Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
Recruitment Associate:
As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our recruitment campaigns. Your focus will be on identifying and evaluating candidates to match client needs while maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates using email and text platforms
- Review candidate responses and assess their qualifications based on predefined criteria
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide updates to recruiters and hiring teams on candidate progress and status
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Independent yet highly collaborative
