What we are looking for?
As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team. This role focuses on initial candidate screening, job posting, interview coordination, email management, and maintaining recruitment documentation. Your primary goal will be to attract top talent and individuals that are looking for opportunity and open in moving to Tayabas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements and source candidates on various hiring platforms including Indeed, Facebook, company website, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening of candidate applications to check basic qualifications based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, the Recruitment Specialist, and the Recruitment Manager.
- Manage professional communication with candidates through email, including sending interview invitations, reminders, and updates.
- Organize and maintain recruitment email inboxes, ensuring prompt responses and accurate tracking of candidate communications.
- Update and maintain recruitment documentation, records, and reports within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or internal databases.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and assist in tracking and reporting general recruitment activities as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment associate, recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting platforms.
- Strong skills in email management and written communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in specific industries or functional areas relevant to the organization's needs.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and experience attracting diverse talent.
- Prior experience with employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
