About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and mentor a team of 3–4 recruiters. This individual will play a key role in scaling our team by managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, optimizing processes, and driving results across hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
-Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely posting of open roles.
-Guide and support the recruiting team in sourcing talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
-Screen candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure consistent communication with hiring stakeholders.
-Coordinate interview logistics, assessments, and post-interview feedback loops.
-Lead weekly recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring trackers.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
-Stay informed on industry trends and sourcing strategies to keep the team ahead of the curve.
-Coach and develop junior recruiters, fostering a performance-driven team culture.
Requirements
-2–3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with some leadership experience.
-Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment operations, and passive candidate engagement.
-Proficient in using ATS platforms and job posting tools.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high sense of accountability.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
-Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
