Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our team. The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the growing needs of the organization. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and team dynamics.
- Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company website).
- Source candidates through various channels including databases, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively.
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications as required.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Generate recruitment reports, metrics, and insights for HR and leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and equal employment regulations is an advantage.
