Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online platforms such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – from job posting, screening, interviewing, job offer, etc
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job portals, and internal channels.
- Promote and maintain company branding through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports as required.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
