Our Corporate Credit team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas for the role of Remedial Auto Team Head.
In this role you will manage the performance of assigned units to achieve productivity targets through repossession or resolution efforts, ensuring individual and team outputs align with group objectives and budget. You will also support the auto business in meeting its Net Income After Tax (NIAT) goals by maintaining budgeted delinquency levels (PDR, NPL, and Provisions), while serving as an alternate to the immediate head and co-team heads.

What the role will entail
- Allocate auto loan accounts to agency coordinators and/or Third-Party Service Provider (TPSP) personnel based on team performance history, geographic concentration, and available resources, while regularly assessing capacity and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor team productivity and compliance, submit timely reports to management, and ensure all collection and repossession activities are conducted in accordance with Bank policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance support for agency coordinators and TPSPs, while handling escalations, negotiations, and customer engagements that require higher-level intervention.
- Review and ensure proper documentation and compliance for repossession activities, including voluntary surrender forms, inspection reports, and coordination with the Banks asset warehouse.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, vehicle maintenance, and expense liquidations, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and supporting regulatory compliance (e.g., BSP regulations).
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance or any related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in credit and collections for commercial and/or consumer loan products.
- Strong proficiency in credit and collections, with a deep understanding of banking operations, regulations, and overall business processes.
- Familiarity with the Banks loan products and services, demonstrating sound business acumen and operational insight.
