JOB SUMMARY:
TheLBC Express - Team Head is responsible for leading a team of Customer Associates in his/her assigned branches he/she is expected to be the motivator and innovator who can unite the team, solve problems, and drive them towards success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Achievement
- Monitors the performance of branches sales and ensures it meets the given sales target
- Provides valid and intelligent sales analysis
Delegation of work and re-assignment of members
- Assigns roles or tasks under his/her supervision to effectively carry out operational responsibilities.
- Closely coordinates and delegates functions within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Branch Monitoring, Development and Marketing Activities
- Monitors branches daily operation compliance
- Ensures branch daily deposit activities, and submission of reports
- Handles the application for business permits and registration licenses.
- Manages the application for utility services needed for branch operations.
Other responsibilities
- Prepares and organize required records and database related to the job reference
- Provides reports needed by area manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4 years business course
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- posses excellent leadership skills.
