JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversee the commercial success of all each store by maintaining the company brand, style and ensure achievement of monthly and daily sales target.
· Regularly review product quality, create marketing and promotion of the business.
· Create detailed reports of store revenues and expenses; daily sales and outlet behavior in a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Entrusted of safekeeping of funds and petty cash.
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and accurately to a customer complaint.
· Ensure compliance of all the store to the DOLE standards and all government regulatory requirements such as sanitation and safety regulations.
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity, by identifying the specific training needs.
· Coordinate daily FOH and BOH overall operations including organization and supervision of shifts.
· Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
· Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any business-related courses.
· Three to four years leadership function in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel or quick service restaurant.
· Demonstrate high customer management orientation.
· Knowledge in basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, standards, sales and profitability.
· Familiar in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
