Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies, Administration/ Management graduate or equivalent
· At least 1-2 year (s) of working experience in Marketing/ Business Development or Realty
· Experience in Sales in a Real Estate Company is an advantage
· Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
· Full time position (s) available
· Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Sales Department in all Sales/ Marketing functions
· Support all the needs of the Sales and Marketing group to meet the goals and sales quota
· Create and assist in the development of Sales and Marketing programs
· Create and assist in the development of Sales and Marketing Paraphernalia
· Assist in all events activities
· Monitor Broker activities
· Assist Brokers in tripping and closing sales
· Conduct marketing competitive research
Other marketing related activities that the company may require from time to time
