We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, assisting buyers, and implementing marketing campaigns .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties.
- Promote available properties through online and offline marketing channels.
- Create and manage engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook & TikTok).
- Conduct site viewings, trippings, and property presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage (but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and creative in front of the camera (for content creation).
- Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork or on-site trippings.
- Self-motivated, team player, and goal-oriented.
