Sales Assistant

• Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction industry. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, closing projects, and collaborating with engineers and contractors. You will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Competitive Commission based pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Generate new leads, build relationships with contractors, engineers, and developers, and acquire projects.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Present services, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and provide regular sales progress updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
• Experience discussing technical aspects of projects with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively discuss technical specifications and project requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, project types, and stakeholders involved.
• Ability to create and present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but open for undergraduates with relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
