Job Description: We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives, coordinating with various teams, and managing client relationships. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Support our sales team in preparing and sending proposals, contracts, and communication.

Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure that sales requirements are met.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

Maintain an organized client database and track sales leads, customer accounts, and sales quotes.

Schedule and organize sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Prepare sales reports and analyze sales metrics to find areas for improvement.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sales events and initiatives.

Skills Required:

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to maintain an organized system.

Selling Knowledge: Experience selling to the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, venues, etc)

Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant inventory or facility management software.

Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent speaking and writing capabilities.
