Sales & Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Ticket Rescue is an exciting and growing company intent on shaking things up in the event ticketing industry. We provide a reliable and quick service where customers can sell tickets to all live events (think: sports, concerts & theater). At Ticket Rescue, we believe that every fan should have a chance to go to the event, and we try our best to ensure that no tickets go to waste!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:
- Training Pay: $360 USD/week (for initial onboarding period)
- Base Salary: $12,480 USD annually (paid bi-weekly)
- Commission: Performance-based; actual earnings vary based on sales results and market conditions
We are seeking a Remote Sales & Customer Support Representative who can work full-time. This candidate will be interested and excited to master and accelerate our sales pipeline while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
Our Sales & Customer Support team handles all ticket offer inquiries from customers. This will require you to have an emotional intelligence that can be communicated effectively via text, a sharp attention to detail, and a strategically-minded attitude.

Schedule:
All chat reps work a hybrid schedule of Day Shifts (10am - 4pm EST) and Night Shifts (4pm - 10pm EST). We alternate between a Week A and Week B schedule. The following is an example of a chat reps schedule, but not necessarily the time slots we'll need filled for this position. The schedule for a new hire is subject to change.
Week A:
Monday - 10am - 4pm EST
Tuesday - 4pm - 10pm EST (mandatory Team Call at 10am EST)
Wednesday - 4pm - 10pm EST
Thursday - OFF
Friday - 10am - 4pm EST
Saturday - 4pm - 10pm EST
Sunday - OFF
Week B:
Monday - OFF
Tuesday - 10am - 4pm (mandatory Team Call at 10am EST)
Wednesday - 4pm - 10pm EST
Thursday - 10am - 4pm EST
Friday - 4pm - 10pm EST
Saturday - 4pm - 10pm EST
Sunday - OFF
Both schedules account for our weekly Tuesday team meetings at 10 am EST. It should also be noted that we schedule one-two 1:1 meetings with leadership each month, scheduled at your convenience. In addition, we host 30 minute professional development training and mentoring calls throughout the month that should be considered. These meetings are always scheduled M-F during regular daytime business hours, and we do our best to accommodate the teams’ schedules for all to participate as often as possible.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Handling inbound & outbound inquiries via Facebook’s Manychat platform and email
- Effectively and efficiently moving our customers through our sales pipeline, which includes:
- Initial customer communication
- Pricing ticket inventory competitively against the resale market
- Verification of legitimate ticket sellers and purchases to avoid fraudulent customers
- Closing the sale by sending final payments to customers via PayPal
- Uploading & reviewing documents (forms, contracts, tickets)
- Focus on increasing profits while maintaining the quality of customer interactions, simultaneously improving KPIs for self and team
