ob Description:
1. Plan, organizes, coordinates all clients concern such as updates of PO status, delivery commitment and other clients concerns.
2. Monitor and record all clients PO and deliveries based on delivery commitment provided to them.
3. Monitor all internal items base on delivery plan vs. actual status.
4. Coordinate and discuss to all concern departments all client's information, updates and ensure that everything is in right track.
5. Maintain regular contact to all existing and potential client using phone calls, emails, and other means of communication.
6. Assist in sourcing new clients not limited to telemarketing, company profile presentation and email communication.
7. Attend scheduled meetings required by current and potential clients.
8. Responds to client's inquiries and elevate to superior all client's information concerning to PO, new product items and other relative business transactions.
9. Develop and maintain good and harmonious relationships between clients and coworkers.
10. Assist to other department when needed.
11. Prepare delivery documents such as invoice, packing list, delivery receipt and PEZA documents in every delivery and assure that all documents are correct and based to the standard procedure.
12. Submit necessary report concerning the delivery and sales status, sourcing of new clients and other reports that may be requested by the management.
13. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing
2. At least 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Company.
3. Good looking and with pleasing personality.
4. Good communication skills both in written and oral.
5. Experience in handling accounts or coordination to customer is an advantage.
