The Role
Reporting & Data Insights
- Prepare, update, and distribute recurring sales and business performance reports for global, regional, and market-level use (e.g., Global business reports, North America market updates).
- Extract and manipulate data from systems such as the CRM system, Power BI, or internal databases to produce actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales operations leaders to understand evolving reporting needs and tailor outputs accordingly.[CF1]
- Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to drive automation and clarity in reporting processes.
- Identify data trends and anomalies to support business decision-making.
Book of Business Management
- Support the maintenance of a comprehensive tracker of colleagues and accounts which are included in the Health, Wealth & Career book of business program.
- Facilitate regular Account Review cycles where businesses verify business leads assignments and determine book of business inclusion.
- Coordinate the Data Management process of uploading updated information into the CRM system.
- Support quarterly manual reconciliation processes by verifying consultant assignments, correcting revenue discrepancies, and aligning with business stakeholders — working alongside or eventually transitioning manual tasks handled by other team members.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of data across businesses, particularly during key planning or reporting cycles.
Regional Commercial Activity Reporting
- Support quarterly production of Commercial Council packs for local councils across Europe.
- Collect, input, and validate sales and pipeline data in region-specific templates.
- Partner with sales operations leaders, moderators and business leaders to ensure data supports productive conversations around key/priority accounts.
- Maintain version control and a structured archive of council materials for continuity and audit purposes.
Special Projects, Bespoke Requests & Continuous Improvement
- Manage the intake and coordination of new or ad hoc reporting requests from business leaders, client teams, or functional partners.
- Support the design and execution of custom data analysis or reporting projects that enable new insights or operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new reporting processes, data flows, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and timely outputs.
The Requirement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or business reporting roles.
- Experience working in a global or regional support function is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with working across large datasets and performing data reconciliation and validation tasks.

Work Environment & Expectations:
- Flexibility in a hybrid set-up, with work shift varying between European and American time zones depending on assignments
- Role may involve working with teams across different time zones
- Occasional meetings with senior stakeholders and business leaders to present data findings or updates.
