Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC systems, parts, and services to commercial and industrial
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct site assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical product information.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technical developments.
- Attend training sessions, trade shows, and marketing events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
