Basic Function
The primary responsibility of the role is to accomplish the administrative aspect of the NCLEX application process. The job focuses in monitoring adherence and securing requirement completion of the scholars while under the NCLEX Program. The job also includes regular checking and reviewing of, but not limited to, the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America in relation to the NCLEX application process. The primary interactions would include tracking and monitoring of NCLEX requirement completion of scholars with periodic reporting to stakeholders.
Essential Functions
- Communicates and ensures understanding of the MOA and adherence to NCLEX requirement completion
- Prepares and maintains current NCLEX application forms and other documents for quick implementation process
- Conducts follow-up to scholars, supervisors, Operation partners, vendors, and stakeholders for requirement completion to ensure efficiency in the NCLEX application process
- Understands and adheres to turn-around time to ensure timely communication and smooth transition of the end-to-end NCLEX application process
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of NCLEX requirements and logistics
- Monitors status of the NCLEX application and coordinates with State BON, if necessary
- Keeps track of application process finances including liquidations, invoicing, and reporting
- Regularly checks and reviews the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America, and other local or US territory-based institutions/departments in relation to the NCLEX application process; Implements control for known risks related to the NCLEX application process
- Prepares and maintains key records for audit purposes
- Ensures compliance to organizational policies and procedures
- Extends support to other Healthcare Academy programs

- Monthly Service Quality Score - Accuracy of Administrative and Finance deliverables
- ESAT/AON Hewit Monthly Score – Customer Care Evaluation
- Financial Revenue/Cost Management – Number of ETTs released
- Aggregate Completion Rate – Number of applications shipped (Internal and Scholars Program)
- Good performance on any other function that may occur from time to time or as directed by the Supervisor (Competencies)

- Scholars, for the purpose of NCLEX application requirement completion
- Team, for the purpose of ongoing audits and feedback
- Business managers and leaders, for the purpose of seeking administrative approval
- Supervisors and leaders, for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support, settling issues left
- unresolved and for monthly evaluation of performance
- Finance, for the purpose of liquidation, securing bank draft requests and other financial requirement of the process
- Licensing Unit, for the purpose of license endorsement
- Other sites (Alabang, Cebu), for the purpose of credentialing process
