MAIN PURPOSE
The Senior Marketing Executive is fully responsible in implementing MKT, PR, Digital, ECOMM strategies. Her role is to seamlessly execute brand initiatives and activities to strengthen brand positioning and awareness, gain share of mind through effective strategies, creative PR buzz, use of various social media channels, consumer and other joint promotions and co-branding opportunities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Budgeting
- Ensure that all spends are high impact, cost effective and supports marketing strategies.
Marketing Plan
- Collaborate with Brand Manager in building strong, creative, and disruptive marketing 360 plans.
- Implement the marketing calendar and PR initiatives following the campaign brief drafted with and approved by the Brand Manager
- Ensure on-time creation of creative JO and other project implementation that need to be cascaded to the support teams -- VM, Digital, and E-commerce
- Collaborate with Brand Manager on creation PR brief and seeding and executing plans on a timely manner
- Coordinates with external partners (Agencies, Media, KOLs, Make-up Artists, etc.) on contracts for PR/Marketing/joint promotion partnerships
- Monthly PR monitoring and computation of value and return on investment
Digital
- Leads the execution of online campaigns as well as the preparation of post-mortem reports of key campaigns
- Collaborates with media agencies for the execution of media plan across digital platforms
- Ensures that partner agencies are aligned and are executing within brand guidelines
- Collaborates with internal and external teams in the development of digital assets for all applicable media platforms
- Responsible for the cascade of brand direction, guidance, and evaluation of achievement of digital goals
- Synchronization of digital calendar and ensuring the implementation of initiatives on time and in full
E-commerce
- Collaborates with E-commerce enablers in the development and maintenance of brand stores.
- Works with agency partners to optimize media spend and ensure all agreed performance KPIs are achieved in partnership with Brand Manager.
- Collaborates with e commerce platform (i.e. Lazada, Shopee) to ensure optimal visibility in and maximum productivity of official brand stores

- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Team to ensure that the ecommerce business target achievements.
- Maximization of calendar by creating high impact and cost-effective ways to participate in site-wide activities and explore thematic partnership opportunities to boost visibility
- Ensure optimized Share of Shelf across all e-tailers
Workshops and CRM, Joint Promotion
- Explore co-branding with potential co-partners i.e. fashion brands, aimed at reaching new customers
Marketing Operations/Admin
- Ensure on-time creation of pricing enrolment with DP
- Creation of monthly reports to Brand Holder
- Monitoring of competitor launches
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably Business or Marketing-related
- At least 3 years work experience preferably in PR, Marketing & Product Management. Experience in premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Experience with managing a team will be valued.
- A proactive hands-on disposition with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and PC skills/proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong attention to detail, is creative, and a risk-taker.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- Equipped with outstanding analytical skills and should be able to respond to data from consumer research and results.
