1. Attends to and responds to customers’ service queries and concerns.
2. Performs preliminary inspection of entered vehicles as aide to mechanics.
3. Lists down the required services to be performed on the vehicle and provides cost estimates for each.
4. Presents job estimate to customers with an explanations why repairs are necessary.
5. Works with customers to prioritize and schedule repairs.
6. Keeps the customers updated on the repair status of their vehicles.
7. Follows-up with the customer on upcoming maintenance.
8. Documents all service activities, whether approved or declined by the customers.
9. Conducts test drive of all units prior to endorsing vehicle to customers.
10. Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned from him/her from time to time.
Technical or work experience requirement:
Ø Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in the automotive industry.
Ø Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
Ø Thorough mechanical knowledge.
Ø Experience with auto repairs and maintenance.
Ø Strong sales and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
