As their business continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organized and experienced Guest Operations Manager to support daily operations, elevate guest satisfaction, and streamline backend processes.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, detail-oriented hospitality professional based in the Philippines with proven experience managing reservations and leading guest communications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams, and know your way around major property management systems. You’re ready to take ownership of processes, build and refine SOPs, and support both guests and internal teams with clarity and care.
Responsibilities
Guest & Reservation Management
- Handle guest inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution across multiple platforms
- Manage the end-to-end reservation process from inquiry to check-out
- Update property listings, including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance requests
- Assign and monitor tasks using tools like Breezeway or Operto
- Ensure timely turnovers and uphold quality standards for guest stays
Systems & Process Improvement
- Use PMS platforms (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Logify) for daily operations
- Create, update, and manage SOPs to streamline workflows
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal operational processes
- Manage the end-to-end reservation process from inquiry to check-out
- Update property listings, including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing guest communications and reservations in short-term rentals, vacation properties, or boutique hotels
- Experience coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams
- Native-level or C2 English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in PMS platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, or Logify
- Familiarity with cleaning/maintenance platforms like Breezeway or Operto
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- A stable internet connection and a reliable home office setup
