Bells IT Support is a UK based MSP company focused on delivering reliable IT support, cybersecurity solutions, and website services to small and medium sized UK businesses. We’re passionate about tech and empowering our clients. We’re expanding our digital presence and need a dedicated Social Media & Content Manager to amplify our voice in the UK market.
You’ll be the voice and creative force behind our channels, driving content strategy, crafting timely blog posts and graphics, and engaging with the wider UK tech community. With a sharp eye on cybersecurity trends and reactive content, you’ll help position us as thought leaders and build meaningful online relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Blogging
- Research UK based tech and cybersecurity news
- Write short to mid-length blogs (500–1,200 words) on timely topics
- Repurpose blog content into punchy social media posts
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Develop a content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, & Instagram
- Design and schedule branded visuals: posts, carousels, reels, stories, infographics
- Monitor platforms and respond to comments, messages, and queries
- Engage with other UK tech or cybersecurity companies, comment, share, and build relationships
- Benchmark competitors’ content & propose ways to stand out
Reactive Cyber Threat Content
- Stay on top of UK cybersecurity incidents (attacks, vulnerabilities, data breaches)
- Quickly create and share relevant insights and calls-to-action
- Align reactive content with our service offerings (e.g. “5 tips to protect your network”)
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure reach, engagement, leads, and referral traffic from social/blog content
- Provide monthly analytics reports and recommendations to grow presence
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Proven experience in social media and blogging, especially B2B and tech
- Skilled with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma etc)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Reliable internet & overlap with core UK office hours for occasional check-ins
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UK tech or cybersecurity firms
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or WordPress
- Insight into UK business culture and communication style
Working Pattern
- Monday - Friday 3 hours per day on a UK time zone/flexible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
