- · Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience
- · Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- · Plan and publish engaging content (images, videos, stories, carousels, reels, etc.)
- · Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding
- · Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry conversations to keep content timely and relevant
- · Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and manage community engagement
- · Analyze and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools
- · Coordinate and run paid social campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams
- Stay updated with platform changes and social media best practices
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut)
- Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite
- Solid understanding of social analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, proactive, and in tune with internet culture and social media trends
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field preferred
- At least 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
