Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who can bring strategic insight and consistency to social media execution while working with pre-created visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and platform-appropriate copy for daily posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms consistently.
- Learn and understand the client's keynote message (video provided), website, and target audience to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging.
- Attend a brief daily check-in meeting to align on strategy and tasks.
- Support the growth of social media channels by writing compelling captions and optimizing posts, and track post performance of all social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content fresh and effective.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark content performance and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media scheduling tools and best practices.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Proactive communicator comfortable with daily virtual meetings.
- Understanding of brand voice and target audience engagement strategies.
