The Social Media Officer is responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. This includes managing social media platforms, creating content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand awareness initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute online campaigns, product launches, livestream events, and promotions.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social trends, livestream performance, and competitor activities to inform content and campaign decisions.
- Work with influencers and content creators to boost online presence and audience reach.
- Ensure proper branding and visuals are maintained in all communications and livestream activities.
- Track marketing metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content promotion—experience in a livestreaming, e-commerce, or entertainment environment is a plus.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with good attention to detail and a passion for trends and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig 6 days a week.
