Position Title: Systems Support Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible in providing operational support to the Division in terms of conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), development, enhancements, monitoring & statistical reporting of e-channels related transactions and backroom operations in coordination with various business units of the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and understand the project’s business and functional requirements
- Conducts User Acceptance testing of the back-office modules of the bank's e-Channels as well the stand-alone system applications of the Division and implementation of enhancements related to back-room operations of the Division
- Test data preparation;
- Manual Test Execution;
- Test incidents reporting and defect logging;
- Documentation of test results and artifacts;
- Review and sign-off.
- Change management and implementation
- Handles the preparation of the following statistical reports/documents such as but are not limited to: (as required)
- E-Banking operations and e-Channels performance
- Reports for submission to BSP, BancNet, MasterCard, Visa and other units of the bank.
- BCP/BIA, ISABRA and other related documents
- Contributes to automation/continuous improvement initiatives with the Process Champion of EBD;
- Reports test incidents/issues and monitor the status of fixes or resolution.
- Prepares and submit UAT status/progress summary for monitoring and internal reporting purposes.
- Acts as maker in the maintenance of business parameter of e-Channels and EBD standalone applications
- Acts as first level support in various concerns on applications of the Division.
- Performs administrative functions such as requisition of the division’s supplies and monitoring of EBD’s FFE and IT Equipment
- Manage the pilot and production implementation requirements and prepare needed requests.
- Acts as back-office Business Parameter Administrator of e-Channel and stand-alone system applications of the Division.
- Coordinates with units concerned on any network, system errors, bugs, and processing errors encountered by Division.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
