PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective Talent and Culture initiatives, particularly training programs, managing training staff, and evaluating the impact of training on employee performance and business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, primarily on soft skills training, leadership training and performance management and succession planning
- Conduct needs assessments and identifies skills or knowledge gaps based on the performance appraisal and needs analysis
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (e.g., onboarding, compliance, leadership development, technical skills)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of training specialists or facilitators, and create a trainers’ circle
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training supports business priorities
- Maintain records of engagement activities, attendance, and results for compliance and reporting
- Manage a learning management system (LMS) and other training tools
- Track and analyze training and leadership program metrics to inform continuous improvement
- Prepare and manage the learning and leadership training budget

REQUIREMENT
- 5 - 8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience designing and implementing training programs
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern instructional design
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Willing to be based in Alphaland Balesin Island Club, located in Polillo, Quezon Province
