PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Talent and Culture initiatives with a strong focus on organizational development and employee engagement. This role will help drive cultural alignment, communications and employee satisfaction through well-structured initiatives and programs and strategic engagement efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Contribute to OD initiatives such as talent reviews: probationary confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, team events, culture building, and communications
- Conduct needs assessments and organizational diagnostics to identify development opportunities
- Collaborate on strategies to improve team dynamics, organizational effectiveness, and communications
- Coordinate and support company-wide engagement programs and pulse surveys
- Partner with HR and department leaders to implement action plans based on survey results
- Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Maintain records of engagement activities, attendance, and results for compliance and reporting
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and communication of training resources
- Prepare and manage the employee engagement budget

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, employee engagement and culture building
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience designing and implementing engagement or intervention programs
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern engagement design
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and project management abilities
